A massive fire completely destroyed the Timber Products manufacturing plant in Sutter Creek, CA Monday.

Crews arrived on the scene quickly, but the plant was already completely engulfed in flames. It was reported that about 40 employees were working in the building at the time of the incident, and all evacuated safely and with no injuries.

The facility--which produces Ampine, Apex, and Encore particle board panels--leaves 150 employess out of work.

The plant manufactures things like desks and cabinets, and the materials used to make them are stored in the building. “You have thousands of square feet of warehouse that had high-piled woodchips," said Amador Fire Protection District Chief Walt White.

Amador County Supervisor Jeff Brown said he will work with the plant to rebuild.
